Hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu
A fantastic 7 day hike along the classic Inca Trail. There's so much to see along the way and great cultures to witness

This is the mountain in the background of every Machu Picchu photo, climbing it as an add-on is a must as the views of MP from a different angle are very unique

Run a Charity Event
Living in a fantastic village we do many charity events every year, one of which is the famous Box Kart event which has over 30 karts racing down a 1km hill, 6k people and raising over £20k for charity

Visit Temple of Artemis at Ephesus, one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world
I couldn't believe how well preserved this is. Achiles, Nike, Artemis all walked here. So much history and a real eye opener

A classic UK destination, caves and cliffs that are millions of years old really open your eyes. It's also where the cheese from the same name comes from

Perform aerobatics in the Red Bull stunt plane
Proper stunts pulling -2g up to +6g. Very agile, capable and responsive aircraft. So glad I learnt to fly to really maximise this experience

Fortunate enough to do this twice. Once with all the tricks, fin tows, foot push etc. But the 1st was more memorable as it was with wild dolphins that just wanted to play and learn about us

Vagrants are humans that have lost their belief in life and had a lot of bad luck. Giving something back to them such as advice, help, food or money is a simple way of making them smile

Wow! 10 days away climbing the world's tallest free standing mountain during a full moon. I ended up running to the summit so I could witness the sun rise and the moon setting…..on my own at the top. Amazing !

Race at the Nurburgring
Incredible few laps and managed a sub 10 minute laptime which I was very proud of on this world famous circuit. It's tough though and not for inexperienced drivers.

Being honest, this was a mistake. I went down a black run without realising it had moguls. I wasn't ready and neither were my knees. Fell a few times too, but tick. Now done it.

Very, very fast, but the brakes are the biggest surprise, they are like hitting a wall when you use them. I drove a Tyrell around Mallory Park, UK and didn’t take any prisoners

Ride a camel to the Eqyptian Pyramids
A very unique experience. Not just seeing the pyramids which are incredible but riding your own camel there on your own, not in a group is really, really cool

Wrestle with Lions
Whilst in Sun City, South Africa I had the opportunity to complete this goal. A massive cage with 20 rescued lions that wanted to play and interact like domestic cats.

It's like my head was going to be pulled off. Pulling 7G at Lillehammer, Norway and being 2 seconds behind the lap record. I was just a passenger at the back and had no idea what I was doing though

Seeing the big 5 in their own habitat should be on everyone's list. A great experience and very lucky to have done this

Elephants are amazing, majestic creatures, real family bonds similar to humans are formed and seeing them in their own habitat was brilliant. We got chased by one and had a narrow escape reversing our truck as fast as it could go

I had a spare afternoon whilst skiing so booked myself some private 1-2-1 lessons to learn the basics of snowboarding. It's nothing like skiing and yes I did need the kevlar inserts in my trousers !

Built at around the same time as the Egyptian pyramids but in a different continent there is something magical and special about these monuments to the stars. At the time we were still allowed to climb them but that's been stopped now

Skidoos are so much fun. But there is a lot of power on the racing ones that you need to respect. If you don't you'll come off and split your leg open requiring 22 stiches to fix

Alas, I've had to do this twice. The first was heart compressions for an RTA, the second was mouth to mouth on someone that collapsed at a train station. Both survived.

When the Tsunami happened in 2004 I knew there was more I could do. Myself and a colleague went to Phi Phi to participate in the aid work, but ended up organising and running it all there - 60 people were recruited from many countries putting the island back together

Visit Cuba
Fortunate enough to visit this wonderful island whilst the US embargo was still in place. It was really stuck in time. Old cars. No credit cards. No Coca-cola. No fast food chains. Really incredible country and fantastically friendly people

Hate the queues, love the rides ! So many rollercoasters, so little time ! Six Flags, Magic Mountain still probably has the best selection of roller coasters that I've visited

I could sit for hours watching a waterfall. Some are so huge that you see them from a mile away but are silent, others are tiny but beautiful ribbons of water ambling through a jungle. Many more to see

Hump back whales, breaching everywhere around the boat. They are so huge and seem to be very interested in us. I was almost tempted to jump in !

Going down many waterfalls, the largest was 7m high !....in a raft. The river was graded as 6.5, where 7 is classed as 'unraftable' so quite extreme I'm sure you'll imagine

Hike a Glacier
Franz Joseph Glacier in NZ. The ice is so old it's blue ! Very remote so needed to get a helicopter lift to the best place. Crampons and ice picks needed

Circus school. Not easy at all. High wire training and trapeze skills. Then finally flying from one trapeze to be caught by another on a second trapeze ! Exhausting !!

This looks so much easier than it really is. 2 hours to get the right feel, and then finally up I go. Keep your arms straight, no matter what happens otherwise you're in with the fish !

Stay on a Desert Island
The Yasawa islands which are not even on a map, NW of Fiji in the middle of the Pacific ocean. Most islands dissapear at high tide but they are 100% perfect. No power. No phones. Just paradise

It's impossible to take a photo that does this place justice. It is just so deep, so wide, so long. Just visit and take it all in for an hour.

Peer down inside a live volcano
Whilst visiting Hawaii a trip to the top of an active volcano is not for the feint of heart but it's on the list so let's do it. It's just like a hot lunar surface. Peering over the top and seeing the bubbling lava is risky but worth it. Just make sure you don't trip !

Learn to surf at Waikiki Beach, Oahu, Hawaii
You've got to be fit to surf. It's not the surfing, that's the easy bit, it's the continuous paddling back out against the waves that is relentlas. The best place to learn on this planet is in Hawaii which is where I caught my first wave and rode many back to the beach

Drive down Lombard Street, San Francisco
This is the very winding road that you see in many movies. I wouldn't want to live in one of the houses but driving down in a convertible Mustang was an experience to remember

Party all night in Ibiza
A week in Ibiza is the pinnacle of party mode. Doing it on an 18-30 with your brother who's just turned 18 and I've just turned 30 made it super special. So many, many great clubs to enjoy and blow off a month's worth of energy !

Watch the Elephants bathe at Pinnawala, Sri Lanka
It's incredible to see all the shopkeepers move everything off the streets in the morning as dozens and dozens of elephants walk down the road to take their morning bath at Pinnawala. They really enjoy this and like showing off.

Table Mountain is a majestic place. Totally flat and of course at the bottom of the African continent. Knowing the next stop is Antartica makes you realise where you are. Cape Town itself is a wonderful city. Lovely people and many things to do. Just ask

Cliff Dive from Rick's Cafe, Jamaica
Cassablanca and a James Bond movie features this place. Locals earn a few $ jumping 35 feet from the cliff into the sea. I did it for nothing. Nutter !

The Florida Keys are a very laid back destination, roof down, music on and relax. They get more laid back the further West you go, ultimately resulting in the perfect sunset after visiting Hemingway's house

The perfect lesson in marketing a myth. So many great sights, beauty and businesses taking advantage of the legend. No surprise that we didn't spot the monster, even after a trip on the loch on a boat.
